6. Decorate the outside of your home by December 10, 2023. Participating homes* will be judged during the week of December 11. Winning homes will be notified by December 15.
8. Category winners receive $100 cash prize and a decorative yard sign to announce their special status to all who drive by!

36. Qualifying Residency

    A resident of the City of Litchfield Park resides in a home inside the "corporate limits" of Litchfield Park. To determine if you are a resident, locate your home on the map. If your home is within the red boundaries, you are a resident. 

    Residents live north of Indian School Rd., south of Camelback Rd., west of Dysart R., and east of Litchfield Rd. Residents also live in The Village, Litchfield Greens, Renaissance, La Loma Village, Sunset Terrace, and Hacienda Del Rey.

38. Waiver of Liability and Indemnification:*

    In consideration of the City of Litchfield Park accepting this application, I, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound for myself, my heirs, my business, my executors, my employees and my contractors, hereby waive and release the City of Litchfield Park, its officers, agents and employees from any and all claims for damages or injuries I or my business may incur related to Litchfield Park’s Christmas in the Park Festival, to be held on December 9, 2023, and any related activities, including the Holiday Home Decorating Contest. I further agree to indemnify, defend and save harmless the City of Litchfield Park, its officers, agents and employees from and against all claims for damages and injuries that may arise out of my participation in the Litchfield Park Gathering. Further, I hereby grant full permission to the event organizers and/or agents authorized by them, to use any photographs, videotapes, recordings, or any other record of the event for promotion of City events, including its use in City website, newsletters, and social media.
