2022 Elections

Given the impact of COVID-19, it is critical that Maricopa County provide voters with a safe and secure general election. Now, more than ever, voters need the flexibility to choose how they would like to vote—whether in person or by mail at home.

Some new features voters should be aware of:

·     Voter Information The best place for voters to find personalized voter information is BeBallotReady.Vote. Once signed in, voters can find their sample ballot, request an early ballot in
the mail, find voting locations and much more. This is also available in Spanish at TengaBoletaLista.Voto.

·     Requesting a Ballot – We have a new online portal for voters to join the Permanent Early Voting List. Voters may also request a one-time ballot in the mail. Voters may also return ballots at any of our Vote Centers or secure ballot drop boxes. Request a ballot at Request.Maricopa.Vote.

·     New! Drive Through Drop Boxes – Since 2020, voters can now use any of our drive through drop boxes in the parking lots of sport stadiums across the county. Voters will be able to return completed ballots in their signed and sealed green affidavit envelope from the comfort of their car. Trained staff will work at all drive through drop boxes, and will deliver the sealed envelopes to the Elections Department nightly, tracking the chain of custody and keeping ballots secure. Find sites and hours of operation at Locations.Maricopa.Vote.

·    In Person Voting – Your voting location may have moved, but the great thing is you can choose from any Vote Center across the county. Our searchable locations page will be available in early October at Locations.Maricopa.Vote.

Safety Protocols – All voting locations will be large enough to allow physical distancing and will have heightened safety measures, designed in consultation with the County’s Department of Public Health. Poll workers will wear masks, gloves and face shields, frequently clean high touch surfaces, and masks and gloves will be available for all voters.
