    By submitting this nomination form, I acknowledge and authorize employees and/or authorized representatives of the City of Litchfield Park to take photos and/or videos of my nominated yard and home exterior in connection with selection, promotion, and/or other lawful purposes related to the Yard of the Quarter Program.  I release and waive any claims or rights of compensation or ownership regarding such uses and understand that all such recordings shall remain the property of the City of Litchfield Park.

    All nominated addresses will be reviewed for eligibility. If we determine that your address does not fall within the boundaries of the City of Litchfield Park, your nomination will be disqualified. 

    To determine if you are a resident of the City of Litchfield Park, locate your home on the map.  If your home is within the red boundaries, you are a resident. 

    Residents live north of Indian School Rd., south of Camelback Rd., west of Dysart R., and east of Litchfield Rd. Residents also live in The Village, Litchfield Greens, Renaissance, Cachet at the Wigwam, La Loma Village, Sunset Terrace, and Hacienda Del Rey.
