There are currently no significant traffic restrictions related to the construction of Litchfield Square. Minor traffic restrictions may occur occasionally as work continues on the infrastructure.

Major traffic restrictions that are currently in place are related to the Downtown Storm Drain project that is installing new storm drains in Fairway Drive, Neolin Avenue, and Old Litchfield Road. These new storm drains will connect to the existing storm drain system located south of Wigwam Boulevard. This storm drain construction is scheduled to be completed this summer.
